has anyone heard if any players are going under the knife this post-season?

from andrew russell's injury report, it sounds like only the previously injured marchbank, docherty, and williamson will be the ones with minor delays in pre-season but sounds almost impossible (especially at carlton) that no one else would need any post-season surgeries?

for example, there was maybe a dozen dees players last year who played out the full season but then still had to have post-season surgeries.

i know weitering is definitely one that doesnt as he is currently overseas.

AR says when he is ready he is ready. He will be given solid fitness blocks beforehand so he can hit the ground running

Do you know the severity of the injury or what type of operation he is having?

Is it a repair of his medial ligament injury which hasn't completely resolved?

i have heard charlie dislocated his kneecap while playing basketball with cripps and fisher earlier in the week. and cripps had to help pop it back in for him.
