Not really, you said there were a lot of B graders in the Dogs side last year, implying that a lot of B graders is good enough to win a flag.

I then rightly pointed out that it hardly ever happens where a team outside top 4 wins the flag. To make top 4, you need to have elite players rather than a set of B players. Hence, that should be our priority to target elite midfielders. I'm not interested in climbing to 5th again just like 2011 then we end up bottoming out again because there's too many B graders and not enough elite talent to take us to glory.

Bringing in Whitefield, Hopper and Smith would likely cost us more than bringing in Kelly anyway. So again like I said, no point in comparing.

I really admire how you manipulate a post, stick to the facts for a moment:
