Pretty quiet first day of the trade period.

I don't care what anyone says, it's pretty damning seeing a former number one pick and one of the club's best players want out of the club in the prime of his career, particularly when all the talk about Carlton has been so positive since Bolton came in.

We once used brown paper bags and bought players. Those days are long gone. The way to 17 is strategic trading and list manegment and the first time Carlton are doing this. It will take time. The ship is turning boys.
