This bluff that he will sit out is just that bluff. He obviously likes money and he ain’t going to refuse to pay and hurt his back pocket.

Lukosius doesn't play U18s at state level because last year he averaged over 3 goals a game. When he hasn't been playing against some of the best youngsters in the land, he's been playing in a competition that is arguably better than the VFL.

I’ll pay that. The reality is he will most likely end up a very good player, it’s just that the “once in a generation” comments get on my nerves and pile a heap of unnecessary pressure on to the kid. Especially when there is no evidence to suggest he will really be that good. I mean, if he was already dominating games in the SANFL, those predictions could be justified, but he isn’t, so some of these draft watchers should reign it in a bit.

We don’t, he’s contracted. Your club is not placing a 4 year deal that prices him out of the market for a player worth a second round pick. If you are you seriously have to question what SOS is doing.

Nobody in the league right now plays the key forward role the way he does to the level that he does, both in running patterns and in foot skills.

That tag absolutely applies provided he can continue to meet the contested standards required.

Why don’t I want Walsh - I think he’s overrated on here. His disposal is weak, he has a very weak left side, he plays out of control, he just doesn’t move the needle much for me.

I was all over Oliver in his draft year even though he was carrying some puppy fat and people thought he’d be too slow and no good. I’m still not sold on O’Brien yet andthought he was a reach at 10 last year.

I would prefer we trade down to be honest, and if I had to pick at #1, I’d take Rankine. That kid will be elite.
