Why not? People need to stop listening to the media.
Because after this season we will have essentially a whole team of first rounders on our list..its time to actually start building a winning culture (ie not being laughed at for being the softest team in the league-as we were even when we could win) and play some decent football.

Its nothing to do with the media. Time to get some respect back.

Do not want Polec, he’s soft as, imo he’s been weighed, measured & been found wanting, we don’t need proven soft, conditional players, leave him to Norf
Polec's delivery and decision making are overrated. Sure he accumulates, but gotta ask the question, fot the number of forward entries he generates into a forward line boasting of Dixon, Gray, Winguard and even Westhoff, why do Port struggle to score?

Agree. Always loves a long bomb into the forward 50. Not particularly articulate with his decision making.

I guess the counter argument is Charlie and harry are going to be so good that any inside 50 is better than none.

Why are some people so quick to bundle up second round picks and ship them off from proven good-not-great players from other teams. The second round is a great opportunity to pick up A-grade talent. Why ship the doggies pick back to the kennel for Wallis when we could have a crack at a Merrett, Crouch or even another Fisher.

Everyone seems to praise SOS's drafting yet can't get rid of quality ammuntion for him to use come draft day. I personally back him in to find at least one very good player between a pp, the dogs pick and the crows pick.
