It was Ratten on the night of the draft who overruled him and took Lucas.
I think Adelaide pounced next pick.
I would agree with all this but he is only a year and a half younger than Levi who is arguably more versatile. A tall who is 28 next year ... he'd have to come cheap for me.
That whole "What big name player are we trading out?" conversation that occurred in here the last 12 hours reminded me of this clip from 0.48 onwards....

Issue with M Crouch is that he doesn't know how to run, unfortunately. Waddles slowly instead.
And then there's the part where he is yet to make an attacking kick in his career.
I just hate him as a player, tbh.
Talia is four months younger than Liam Jones. If we were to bring in a 28yo midfielder next year I don't think people would be too pleased. I feel like Talia's best footy is probably behind him.
Would cost a shitload too, we are desperately thin in other areas and they require our full attention.
