Was runner up for The Doggies job apparently, has excellent rapport with young players, I've been on the Tudor bandwagon for quite some time.
Have Tudor & Dew worked together @ SYD?
Take the pressure off them, co-head coaches and work in tandem with this bunch. Midfield, defensive, forward, ruck coach to be added with a 2's head coach and a development team underneath with a senior mentor ala McCarthy from Melbourne. Heavy emphasis on skills and football coaching (tackles for 1).

Ange Postecoglu is a big Carlton fan, lets get the 'Glu.

Seriously, I think we have to stage-manage Mick's exit as tactfully as possible, a messy departure could deter potential replacements (if you believe the rumours, Paul Roos rejected Brisbane for Melbourne because of Brizzie's ham fisted manner in sacking Voss)

I am a Malthouse fan, not going to say a bad word about him personally but gee whiz, he would do us a massive favour if he swallowed his pride and decided to walk away. If he can get a nice payout, keep his dignity intact and a nice clean parting of the ways, everyone wins.
I should also say i feel Mark Loguidace and Steven Trigg have been placed in very difficult positions here and criticism of them is perhaps a bit unfair, no one here really knows about all the political machinations and financial considerations about replacing Mick now or end of the season.

I certainly understand all the angst though, we all hate seeing our proud club in such a poor state :(

And someone that gives guys like Graham and Watson more than once week at senior footy as well.
I really hope the club has told Graham that we definitely want him around and he will be best 22 from next year when Carrazzo and Judd retire.

No doubt we will have a spot for him next year, but if we don't treat him well, we are in danger of losing him.

Spot on Shan.
Him, Cripps and Bell in the middle would certainly add some much needed grunt.
Would leave Murphy and even Gibbs to do what they do best and get the footy on the outside.

Indeed! I really hope he looks beyond this year and sticks phat! Would really be disappointed to lose him.

Everything he's ever touched has gone backwards.
That line is said ad nauseum on here, but he's had his fair share of gains in a team that has gone backwards from 5th in 2011 to bottom of the ladder now. If you say this blame rests entirely on the forward/defensive assistant coach, then he should be the one getting the sack....not Mick.

Very rationale.
