Plus his $1 million a year contract, no thanks.
Ditto. Boyd is on a 7 year, $7m contract at the Dogs. He would either have to agree to tear up that contract (can't see that happening) & be contracted on our terms, or we'd have to get the Dogs to pay a lot of it for us. He's barely worth half of that, years of money wise. Would be a disaster for us to take over that contract & Boyd spuds it up. Bontempelli or Stringer thanks.

Whats the latest with MK? Are we 100% he will stay at the blues next season?
It has gone pretty quiet hasn't it?
I think everyone is of the opinion he will stay because he failed a couple of medical tests with other clubs.
The Age reported recently that he was waiting for an updated contract.

You must factor in that Yarran has a contract.
My the way tonywilson43, your spelling and grammar is terrible.
The players association will be all over us like a bums rash if we don't trade Yarran to the club of his choice (which seems to be Richmond)

Its odd that considering he cracked the dads over his good mates, Lucas, Robbo and Jeffy being let go, that he seemingly doesn't want to ne traded to WCE, Brisbane or Melbourne, I could live with an Yarran for Aish or Mayes straight swap.

There must be something bubbling under the surface with Yarran's situation of wanting out that we don't know of.

Regardless its impossible to see him at Carlton next season with everything that's happened.

I now know why Richmond supporters don't want to give up their 1st rd selection for Yarran. They expect that it will be enough to get them a Hartlett or a Treloar ........... One even wanted Port's 3rd rd selection back too ...........

I mean there can be some fairly strong delusion over here but god, it was staggering ..........

He has a contract with us for next season, pretty sure we don't have to do anything. If he wants out, he will need to convince his target club to make an offer that sparks our interest.

The players association can GAGF, he is not a FA - restricted or otherwise, they have nothing to discuss with us.

Well the players association should tell him to fulfil the contract that he signed.
