Would prefer Aaron Young but I'm not sure if he's contracted for next year or not. I know a few Port supporters who rate him higher than Moore and feel like he hasn't been given a fair go.

I've seen both a fair bit. Reckon Young has had a few more opportunities than Moore the last few years. Makes too many mistakes. Moore plays hard, can get his own ball and do a shut down role; would be a good replacement for Carrots. Young is poor mans Gibbs.

After Jamison is finished, who will be the full back? Please don't say Plowman, that guy is best suited for a third tall in defence, can provide some run out of the back line and/or eventually become a big bodied mid.

If we take Weitering at #1 and Collins at #11, our back line will be set for the future. Collins FB, Weitering CHB and Plowman taking the third tall.

Cats made it to 4 GF without a star full forward (unless you think Cam Mooney is) and Hawks did the three-peat AFTER losing Buddy.

Jack Silvagni is a forward with a lot of up side considering he's barely old enough to enter this year's draft.

I say we go with best mid available with #8 and #19 and then next year again, our top 2 picks spent on the best mids available.

Put it this way, despite the fact that most believe Yarran's trade deserved a 12 pick, the fact of the matter is if we have kept him and benched him for 12 months, he would be worth nothing at the end of 2016...even worse, the compensation pick could be obsolete.

Rowe? Come on, that guy will be delisted or traded for a nothing pick if not next year, the year after.

We can and will develop forwards. Like I said Jack Silvagni, there's a lot of up side there, I think Levi is going to get better, Jaksch is quite young and has some potential, I've got some confidence that Bolton is going to get the best out of him.

But imo, our priority should definitely be to sort out the back line and the midfield first. Back line this year with a start to the midfield, and then next year complete the midfield.
