Every other club that’s had to deal with him before will love him to lose his job. Hence why they will let him go to carlton for free in the PSD. other clubs also want to work with us as we bring in mature players sone of our kids will start wanting out. They’ll remember how this goes. North is the only worry but he won’t meet with them and have a medical. The fair deal will be bade just like SOS did with GC (9 for Martin and 15 and then our second and third) once that fell through he had to go PSD. This time around we may just add another 200k to his contract and front load the first year to 1.7m, Finish with minimum for 4 years to cover the contract.

Dodero is a terrible operator, his ego comes before the clubs best interest. They are going to lose Daniher for nothing when they could have come out miles on top. Could lose two good players for nothing. Case closed. Would hate to have him at our club.

As for DeGoey, there is a chance he's innocent. Let's do this properly. If not, well it's hard to go for him but if he is then there's a player who could thrive under Andrew Russell with more midfield time. Just what we need. If he's rough around the edges then so what, just about all teams who win flags have players like that, nearly like you need a few. I'll trust our clubs judgement there. Our list is mature enough and players have been there long enough the culture should be set, hence why we can now take on players who aren't perfect people.

Austin & Agresta should stop negotiating if * are going to be silly about it. Make them sweat until the trade period opens. Day 1 - split pick 7. Day 2 - publicly state we have offered a late first round pick, then wait. 2 hours before the trade period closes, sweeten with an offer to exchange late picks in * favour. If Dodo doesn't blink, happy days! They get zilch, we draft him for less than offered and their feral supporters will wreck the joint.

He thought a broken down want-away Daniher was worth more than #9 + #5/future #3, so it's fair to say his evaluation of * players is a little skewed.
