No, you're still having trouble comprehending from the start. Just comprehend it already. It was so simple.
Even if you were using the word contend correctly (which you weren't), you still can't address the question of Brown and Johnson.

The reason why you can't address it is because it ended in tears.

So if Brown and Johnson did not work then your premise that we should have gone harder in this trade period does not add up either.

Looks like someone can't handle the truth :p

Brown and Johnson are irrelevant to today's footy. I'll give it no time.

As for your comprehension, you need to go to Tafe's school of comprehension already.

We are at the start of a peak period. I believe we are in the middle of a peak period.

Half our players in our best 22 are under 25 which means there should be room for plenty of improvement within the group next year. sure, ok.

There is about a 90% chance we will improve and about a 70% chance we will improve our ladder position what is the formula you have for this?

We will only decline through injury or a severe form slump. The only two players at the age of potential decline, Newman & Foley, will be lucky to hold their spots next year so do not really impact our overall performance as a club. We could decline by other clubs over taking, a likely situation.

8th is better than 9th but hopefully we are closer to or in top 4 next year. Hope so

Our list has consolidated since 2013. We probably have 6-8 players outside of our best 22 who would push for selection each week. In 2013 we only had about 1-2 players in this position. Lets see how that plays out next year

Collingwood could take over us but they won't under Buckley because he can't coach. Half agree, buckley is poo but collingwood still have a good list, i wouldn't bet on us beating them yet.

Adelaide are probably the closest but are mentally weak. meh

West Coast don't have the midfield. lols .... they have one of the best midfields in the comp

Gold Coast could improve under a new coach but they rely too heavily on an aging superstar. Similar to your statement about our players age and improvement, they are in a better position than us in that area. They will be a lot less reliant in 2015 and a better team.

I'd be shocked if the bottom 6 move up much next year. 1 or 2 will

Fremantle, Essendon, North and Geelong are unlikely to improve any more than us. North could get lucky if their mature age recruits stay injury free. We shall see

Sydney, Hawthorn and Port are likely to hold strong, maybe too strong for us, but we could definitely push ourselves close to top 4. We probably won't know where we are at until we play Port in round 8, unless we lose more than 3 of our first 7. yes they will, and we should be where port are at. :(

We could win 16+ next year. BUT we could also drop back if we get unlucky. Thanks captain obvious

The good thing is we won't slip into the 8 next year. Doubles with the big 4, North and Fremantle mean we will have to earn our place in September. i dont care where we finish in the 8, it's what we do during that time that matters.
Terrorists in sydney! ******s!

MCG to have much higher security in 2015, all stadiums of course. What is happening in sydney right now is going to change all of our lives, and the footy.

IMO we will stagnate again, possibly miss finals, calls for Dimmas head will be coming, RFC resign him and if we get our big fish(S) we could be wining flags by 16/17/18.. go tigers

Well u should be well aware then that the world indeed changed that day, don't be so melodramatic ....there u go that's blunt :drunk:
Certainly the world changed that day.

Australia had its own home soil changing moment with the sydney siege. Far from melodramatic, just fact. We are more than a decade on from 9/11.
