Just had a bit of a surprise. Friend posted on FB asking if anyone knew any good places to go out in Sydney - she's from interstate - and I commented on it. Couple of comments later some bloke called Dylan McNeil recommends Kings Cross. Check to see if it's just a coinidence, nope, she's mates with McNeil, so I wished him luck in the GF... probably wouldn't take kindly to me if he knew I thought he was gonna get delisted.

Yeah, I think we've got enough players off the list/to be delisted already going into a weak draft.

We've lost Bolton, Bradshaw & Kennelly. Moore, Bevan & one of Seaby/Currie will be gone. No point delisting someone like McNeil just to draft the 150th best kid in the draft.

Yeah it was just a comment I made about the fact that if we had to let go of a rookie it might be McNeil along the lines of, we have quite a lot of in-and-under mids, he'd have a long way up the line to go to get a game.

Never seen him play so obviously don't know what I was talking about.

Just filled out the Swans Members Survey, maybe my doing Marketing at Uni has actually convinced me these things are worthwhile filling out. Anyone else done it? I gave ANZ an absolute bake, and suggested transport to SCG be worked into the membership somehow.

Also interesting to see the question about how much I'd pay to be able to go to the away game against GWS, as I'd certainly pay extra for that.

I'm in NZ for the World Cup next week over the weekend...dunno what I'm gonna do if we make it through by beating the Saints tomorrow.

Gonna have to trawl Auckland for a place to watch the footy. Where the **** is gonna be playing the AFL over the rugby!?!

Feel your pain mate, had to work last year during the SF. Thank god I was able to be working on building a staff room with a girl at the time who was kind and let me duck back into our house and watch the game on the computer. Dad was texting me updates but don't think I would have survived just on the texts at half time.

NZTV sucks. When I was over there, the afl site would give me 0, America's Funniest Home Videos played ad nauseum and I had to make do with reading summaries. I feel your pain!

Why can't we find a small defender as discliplined and mentally tough as this kid. Really shower blokes like Thompson, Firitto and McMahon to be nowhere near the level required.

His positioning on Milne was outstanding.

Ego needs to be left in the changerooms and I'm not sure the 3 mentioned above are capable of that!
