I dont think Clotted Cream is legal in Victoria, or has very very short use by dates enforced by food inspectors
I should clarify you can buy plenty of cream labled as such. But unpasteurised dairy products in Victoria are highly regulated for commercial sale. It doesn't really count if it's pasteurised.
North Indian cuisine is traditionally full of yummy but really, really bad for you stuff like that. It gets really cold, so they bring out the nom.
