Wondering if this is linked/tied in at all in some kind of "bigger picture" with any of reasons behind Nick Martin's Motorplex shooting.

"Glen Brook Dam body in bin victim Dinh Lam Nguyen was ‘high level’ drug dealer"

:D

That didn't take long! You gotta hand it to the 5-0.
Yes unbelievably quick !! Daughter has set up a go fund me page to help them out with funeral costs. A lot of people have been saying they will not help, which I think is quite mean. Just because he was a drug dealer doesnt mean his family are well off, he could have put all the profits up his nose and left them destitute. And you would not be helping him, you'd be helping his young family.

Todd Nathan Kiernan, 28, appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Thursday where it was revealed police believe Mr Nguyen was killed on January 20 — the day he was last seen alive — in Mahogany Creek.

Interesting how when this was first reported it was all about how he was a "high level drug dealer" and how it might be linked to organised crime. That latest article makes it sound more like he was just a regular drug courier who had been caught a few times. Sounds like the classic someone orders drugs, courier shows up, they don't wanna pay or some other dispute and the courier gets murdered.

But as the police said the most important thing is that Mr Nguyen is a murder victim and now his potential murderer has been caught

Presence of several CCTV cameras in the national park might have helped.
Wonder if the Parks and Wildlife service in DBCA have protocols to follow when a body is found in a NP. They do for clan labs which are pretty common finds for park rangers.

I would imagine they definitely have protocols, its not like its the first body they have found in JFNP.
