Police have identified a body found in a bin in Melbournes north. Apparently a nice bloke but may have had a drug addiction.

Yet another sad story of someone slipping through society's cracks and the arseh*le perpetrator that committed the murder.

I always feel for the poor people that discover the bodies in these circumstances. For example, imagine the poor garbo. Early morning, just doing his job, when he sees something big flop out of that bin on his camera as he empties that bin. That image will sit with him for life, all because of someone else's actions.

Two people have been charged with murder over the death of a man whose body was found in a wheelie bin in Preston last month.

Homicide squad detectives on Thursday charged a 35-year-old Preston man and a 26-year-old Preston woman with murdering Ashley Phillips.

Mine isn't. He's a terrific bloke who cares about his product
