The only fullback to play 5 metres BEHIND his opponent. (How did he get away with that?)

Lloyd - premiership player and Coleman medallist. 109 goals in a season, despite being one of many focal points in attack.

Lucas- premiership player and second in goals to Lloyd (60-odd)

Fletcher - All-Australian full-back, 2 time premiership player and 2000 best and fairest.

Love to see the Essendon jealousy back to its usual self.

Defend your guys by all means, but please spare us the "premiership player" tag. Cameron Mooney - premiership player, stats 0-0-0. It doesn't mean squat. Nor does the Norm Smith medal, if you consider who votes, and remind yourself that Shannon Grant won it in 1999.

I think most people would agree that for every 5% GF passengers there are 95% worthy premiership medallist. But in a side that wins 24/25 that ratio is more like 0/100%.

Even by your Essendon-fixated, obsessive compulsive standards BHF, this thread is right up there as your most worthless - pound for pound might even top your earlier efforts...

Why do North supporters infest bigfooty in far bigger proportions than their real-life ratio? Do they think someone will listen to them this way ?

Far too many North supporters on here have a chip on their shoulder. In most cases, that chip is Essendon. These fools need to get over the fact that Essendon won the flag, beating the Roos by 125 points in a final. It seems to me that most Roo fans were so devastated about that loss, that they take it out on Essendon supporters on bigfooty through a mixture of jealousy, anger and envy.

Seems like you, Walshy and the Dutchman are cut from the same cloth. If you can't argue a case reasonably, you want everyone else to shut up or you resort to abuse. Perhaps you should just restrict yourselves to replying to the garbage which young Joffa puts up, and stay away from the more reasonable debates.
By the way, I hated getting flogged by Essendon this year - who wouldn't - but I don't hate Essendon. I am not envious, (we have had 2 flags this decade), I am not jealous (you deserved your success this year), and I have nothing to be angry about.
