After all these years I still can't put a finger on him. I like him when we're winning because he's humble and when we lose he doesn't seem to be annoyed enough, barring a couple of times when the pressure was on him.
There is this continuing thing that he has favorites and isn't that great a bloke.
I don't know.
Who will coach next? I reckon somebody with senior experience but never ever G.Thomas

IMO all bias aside looking at the list Geelong are CAPABLE of making the top five, and anyone who knows anything about footy will agree to that. If Thomo does not get the team to at least the Prelim then its goodbye.

IF h does get us to the Prelim it will depend on if we win or lose, we we lose and its a thumping then say goodbye still. Again IF the planet align and a mericle happens and Geelong manage to get into the Grand Final again it will depend on hoe much we lose by if he keeps his job.

Either way he is fighting one hell of an up hill battle to keep his job a Geelong, IMO he doesn't want to stay there and personally I don't care, if he gets the cats in the finals he will get the job at bomberland next year, any extra will be a bonus for Geelong.

- And for the Collingwood moron who said Geelong would finish bottom 4
W...T...F  You got beaten by Richmond... Says alot about where your headed this year

Lets remember that last year, the wheels had fallen off, Bomber had lost all respect from the playing group and the cats were looking like they had serious issues both on and off the field.

After all this, when we had a full side to pick from (post round 10) we won 7 and a half games from 12.

Our list is so good, Bomber can't **** it into the bottom 4, and only injuries would prevent us from finishing top 8.

Just keep that in mind.

bomber thompson has done extremley well.I dont think any other coach has done what he has done.He came into coach a very poor side with no top players and yet didnt get any early draft picks along the way.
Except Neil Craig - The Crows were heavy favourites for the spoon but he made em minor premiers.

Garbage, human garbage... Coming from a Cats supporter.
We know how bad he is far worse than you. If you'd care to look around the Geelong boards you'd seen lots of Geelong fans who are less than thrilled that Thompson survived into this season. 7 years to do your job badly and you get to keep it? Unbelievable.
