Time stamp has it at 9:00pm and my vote was on P4L originally who I claimed killed Sante and not Tarks like we all thought he would.

Turns out it was Chippy who killed Sante N1.

So really after all this I would think the vote should probably go to the one who I missed voting for at 9pm and if TWM chart has anything to do with it "painting" mannum as a villager after just getting MK'd as evil is as evila move if I ever did see one.

No, I'm just as confused as you are, as I looked through the votes and have MP on 5 and Chippy on 4. Which would mean that MP had the amulet, but didn't pass it on. But that seems ludicrous to me.
