I use Astro A30's which are a fair bit more expensive, caMoGFC uses Astro A40's. Not sure what Knighta21 has? But the Headsets are definitely the way to go. And the sound design is fantastic on Borderlands 2 as well, so it makes the headset experience even more worth it.

Picked up a rocket launcher that does 4227 damage, making things a bit easy mode atm.

I like that Night Scout sniper, will have to keep an eye out for it when i get around that lvl

**** Im still at level 13, found a shotgun with 69 X 15 damage and made a mess in my pants.

Seems a little pathetic now

I'm not on low difficulty am I? Or maybe being offline co-op does that?

Loot is for the most part completely randomised. What you get will always be different to what anyone else is getting. Sometimes you get good shit, sometimes you don't. Eventually you will get better stuff.

Playing with a partner increases the rarity of the items you get.

There is no difficulty slider.

all my best weapons are corrosive though, which is great when i'm fighting hyperion but if i come across a corrosive skag or badass varkid

Really? I had a shotgun that talked to me, but don't remember it having that red text.
Anyway, that pistol is ****ing awesome sixteenstraws. 116 clip!

yeah it took me ages to notice i have a sniper that has the red and it keeps bagging me out when i reload

I had a pistol that had red writing and it never talked to me . I did have an SMG that did though.

yeah, the red text indicates hidden properties e.g i have a tediore rocket launcher with the text 'hippity-hippity-hippity-hoppity' (something like that ) that bounces around leaving grenades when i reload it, instead of getting thrown like a normal tediore.
