Played a big session with guys on my friends list. They were a bit a head of me, so I'm now catching up some missed levels and I'm way overpowered

Got a sniper which fires at about 8.1, and shoots 3 bullets while scoped.

Life is pretty easy

what an epic game....seriously.
69 dollars at release for some of the best co-op action available since the snes/n64 days!....to those who havn't bought it i have nfi why not but it will be some of the best spent money on gaming this gen if you happen to pick it up.

i don't usually re-play games but i may play this again as another character i find playing it in co-op that much fun!

Have you signed up? If you sign up through the game you don't have to enter any Shift Code. The actual code is for if you've signed up through the Gearbox Software Shift site on a computer, just so you verify it on the console.

Yep, I didn't enter anything in the code section and I have the key. So you should be fine.

btw that pistol you gave me knighta is an absolute beast! thanks for that.

i need a beast sniper now as my others feel a bit underpowered as i've leveled up more.
definitely feel the pistols and snipers are the best guns in the game. wish they had some better smg's as atm they feel completely irrelevant.

2 year olds are loud hence why there was little mic action from me yesterday

Everyone found that micheal guy in sanctuary? He gave me an SMG of all guns snipers are the best weapons, some shotguns and pistols go alright too.

I currently have a pistol that does 96 damage with fire added. It is a beast.

Haven't been following the thread much but am running with the siren just to be a bit different. Only Lvl 8 or so and just got my first vehicle.

It's addictive as i knew it would be...curse my responsibilities as a father eating up all my time heh

It's making bosses a bit too easy but the Rocket Launcher i got with 2149 damage is a beast.

Yeah Michael Mamaril. Pretty sad story behind the character actually (real life guy died of cancer really young - there's a really good tribute vid to him by cl4ptr4p on youtube). But everytime you see him in Sanctuary, he will give you a rare gun, so always look out for him. You also get a trophy/achievement for getting a weapon from him.

I picked up a pretty good smg just before playing solo.
dmg: 116
acc: 88.7
fire R: 7.1
Mag size: 31
Plus it does fire damage

I love this game but matchmaking is broken on ps3 anyone having issues gettin into games on matchmaking
