how old was federer when he won his first wimbledon? 22... hmm how old was rafa when he won his first wimbledon? oops the same.How many slams did federer win when he was 22...1, how many did nadal win...5 ..oops again :)

Any knowledgeable tennis fan would tell you, last year, federer was extremely lucky to get away with it, i posted here, time and again that nadal will win it this year and you all made fun of me.Now that he has finally broken his non clay jinx, it will be interesting to watch what he does on hardcourts :)

you had nothing to say for 8 months (that's 0 posts) between 27 Nov 2007 and 8 July 2008.

It was actually quite peaceful without your dribble.

Then you re-appear with a bang on July 8 with 12 posts in the one day (the day after Wimbledon finished)

Then disappear for another month(ish)

Pipe back up with 8 more posts at the end of July / beginning of August when Nadal got #1.

Disappear for another month due to the SF loss at Cinci,

then return with an almighty barrage of whinging and sooking resulting in a whopping 70 posts non-stop in the last 3 days hanging crap on Roger and defending poor little Raf.

i was actually banned from all public forums but club boards for 6 months... hence i didnt post, i didnt even log onto bigfooty..let alone post and you know you are a bandwagoner who is now back on the bandwagon, well anyway, nothing to be ashamed of, federer fans are like that. :). But in this time, i only used MTF to post, knowing downhill skiers like you wont post until fed wins..yourself, GT,mrs_richo etc were all gone. I kept posting all year last year, even after horrific losses like 63 62 in the hands of federer, why would i disappear all of a sudden? i was banned, i cant help it.But....you my friend are a downhill skiier :)


And SF loss at cinci you say? lol why would i care about a loss in a minor tournament? the only thing i am interested in are Grand Slams, i dont give a **** if rafa loses in the first round of cincy.


P.S Btw that "poor little rafa" is world number 1 now, by a long long way :)

i was unbanned during the french open but i didnt post cause i didnt even log onto bigfooty...i could have posted here during f.o to celebrate rogers grand ass kicking but then, all the fed fans abandoned the bandwagon, whats the point? :D
 
Exactly TP. It's all about Federer. When he is firing there is interest when he isn't no one cares which grunter wins. It's like golf without Tiger. Ratings plummet.

In january the board will probably liven up again.

You do make some sense but your blindness to reason thwarths you. The best bet to win next years Wimbledon is Roger federer. If fit he will be odds on. After that nadal and Djoko have a more or les equal chance of beating him. This is the reality that the bookmakers odds will reflect next summer provided all are fit. On every surface other than grass Roger Federer is favourite to win every competition he enters and of course his off clay record against Nadal is a winning one as one would expect. On every surface other than clay Djoko is now as much a danger to him as Nadal is. If you want proof of this look at the odds for Melbourne when they come out.
