Don't know if this has been discussed but did anybody see an incident a couple of weeks ago on a Friday night (Rich v Adel.) where Brad Ottens kicked a short pass to Joel Bowden in the forward 50m, who proceeded to purposely juggle a mark with the aim of gaining more metres?? The umpire didn't pay him the mark in the end. Is this not allowed under the rules or was it just a bad decision by the ump?? A mate of mine does this all the time in games and I was wondering if it is a breach of some type of rule.
