Hey! I’m good fun!
Sure, I get grumpy at most people I meet. I can be highly opinionated. I don’t like jokes or music of any kind. I’m constantly correcting other people’s English and grammar. I tend to psychoanalyse people I meet, and point out their issues. I curse a lot...

Wait. What was my point?

You might actually be on to something, Kyle.

Please don't quote me months later.

Games are for nerds? Have I gone back to the 90s?
Oh ok. In 2019 it’s so cool for grown men to play video games non stop. Not in my world, ND. By accepting a ridiculous concept, we feed the beast.

Also, I like nerds. It wasn’t a criticism.

What if I’m playing an 18+ game?

Much better playing video games then passively watching MAFs or something other IQ lowering tripe all day.
The fact that 18+ games is a thing, is half the problem.

Also, I agree about IQ lowering garbage that is causing the decay in society today. But instead of playing with a child’s toy, I was thinking read a book maybe.

Age is just a number mate.

If you enjoy something, you should do it.

Neither of these statements are true. They’re both surface level and imprecise. Probably the result of playing video games.

Also. Did you really delist me from the SOO side? I was pretty upset when you said it.

Well, obviously there is exceptions.

However, let’s agree to disagree about the whole thing.

To me,video games are just another way to wind down, much like watching TV and reading. They’ve actually shown to have cognitive benefits; for example improving problem solving skills.

That’s pop psychology. There’s no real evidence of that at all.

But yes, let’s agree to disagree.

....and murdering half the kids in your school.

Different coach, I’m saying people who claim they were influenced by a particular game. Cop Out
By them? I agree. Trying to justify their actions in any way is a cop out. However you can’t ignore, that it’s, so often, their “go to”. So it may have some merit.

Thoughts on violent movies and TV shows?
Cop out. I said I agree with you. I’m only pointing out that the justification given is heavily weighted to a particular pastime. One that serves no real purpose or adds any significant value.

I know you’re more accustomed to me fighting you on everything. But again, I’m agreeing with you in this one.
