Boys weekends

Blokes need some help and suggestions on a boys weekend in October. We love a beer, a fish and a punt. Capital cities are out, Was hoping to attend a country racing day but for all my searching can not for the life of me find any dates for that time of year. Been looking around south coast NSW but really have no idea where to start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Any information of country racing, fishing competitions, festival or events or cool places in October would be great.
Places we have already been are border track, Moreton island, Phillip island, Echuca, port Stephens and Victor harbour

Thanks bud have been looking in that area, sounds like a heap of awesome places. Eden, Merimbula, Bermagui, Batemans bay and everything in-between.

Thanks for the idea but full camping is probably out of the question, a number of blokes fly in so the general go is air bnb a whole house as a base and adventure out

Went down to Huskisson a couple of weekends ago.
Right on Jervis Bay.

Lovely 2BR apartment above the shops on the main street, restaurant next door ran Happy Hour beers at $5 between 3-6pm (craft beer on tap), pubs nice, good area for fishing (complete with charters).

Nice area all around

No idea on racing, I have no interest in that at all.
