how come worsfold just assumes he is gonna coach next year. I think the board have told him that he can stay as long as he wants and are using the 'independant review' line as a smokescreen to pretend to be doing something with the predicament the eagles are in this year. The board appear very amateur to me and run more as a business than a football club.

He doesn't. But because he would like to, he actually has to keep doing his job until such point that he is now longer the coach, that includes planning for the future and making the club better. If he took the attitude "my contract finishes in 4 weeks, couldn't give a **** what happens in the future" people would rightly be pissed off.

Can improve a coach, can't improve shit players like ash smith who will never turn good. I would be more than happy for Woosha to get more time. People on this forum need to quit being so impulsive.

12 years of Worsfold, and WC have made the finals in only 2 of the last 6 years. Those calling for Woosha to be moved on are not being impulsive at all! Seriously, "impulsive" is a plainly wrong and is a bad call.
