it is worthwhile considering choosing 1 of 2 options.. either trading ur entire backline or forward line for leigh brown a 6th best forward/defender. u need to give us a reason to accept the fisher trade to collingwood for brown. if u add sentanta o'helpme, hampson and any other tall forwards you have we might take the bait.

perhaps juddy chose the blues after he had his manager assess their list. majority of ur players must be on base salary. hence judd will be on a mil a year until he retires at the age of 35. no doubt judd has a say on who the blues draft and who they retain. walker, houlihan, my personal favourite wiggins, fisher must be all on base salary. and the likes of joseph, grigg, hampson, setanta o'helpme, armfield are adding to judds wallet. good to see the judd is bigger than the club. quite obvious after seeing the sheahan interview with judd after sheahan asked him about visy and his role.. his reply was i try and use less water in the shower which means i chose carlton, il get an extra $500k from visy, and il make sure we recruit garbage and retain complete and utter has beans... = $1 million a year.. and a free villa in santorini.

i agree, Our last 3 games are to important to gift Fisher a game. The MC dropped him for a reason, and i dont think they'll bring him back in season 2010............imo will be delisted at seasons end after contract runs out. Wont be traded or picked up by anyone else, ask any neutral supporter and they will tell you, good mark but shit at defensive side, slow, and goes to ground way to easy.

As someone said one of the cashed up local sides will go at him hard.

Fisher is better and more valuable to the team then Anderson, Browne,Austin,Tiller,O'keefe.Johnson,Wiggins and Hadley.

Tiller and O'keefe are rookies at best for the moment if anything.

The only guy their is worth keeping for sure is Austin for another year to see if he can pull his finger out.

Wiggins may even be kept if all the other 6 is delisted at least he can kick goals in the AFL.I would keep Ohailipin,Wiggins and Fisher in front of those guys.I would put Mclean in that list but he has another year.

Fisher should be stuck in Full Forward.Full Forward are not known to run all day in the midfield look at Dunstall and Lockett.The game has changed but Full Forwards stay at Full Forward and lead.Fisher does this and takes overhead marks.You don't get rid of these players when you have basically no one that does it.

But what makes me really laugh are Collingwood supporters behaving like they're the greatest team ever because they're top of the ladder (doesn't matter they haven't won a premiership for 20 or so years, let alone before that) and somehow think they sit on a higher sphere than us mere mortals who barrack for other teams.
