Brad Miller has just announced he is leaving Melbourne on twitter.

He played 133 games and kicked 89 goals.
He was the leading goal kicker for Melbourne in 2008, and has received 8 brownlow votes.

His Selection- 2001 National AFL Draft 4th round selection (Melbourne) No. 55 overall traded by Geelong for Brent Grgic.
His Debut= Rd 7 - 2002

I doubt any club would pick him up even GC. A very good vfl player at best and I think he knows that too by retiring at that age..

He doesn't say he's retiring.He says he's leaving the Dees,which Brad Gotch revealed in todays paper wasn't Millers choice.

Perhaps the Mods could change the topic heading to "Pia's husband leaves the Dees"

Writing's on the wall when the Demons are climbing back up the ladder and using the young players, he should at least try and get on Gold Coast or West Sydneys list first

Inevitable. I reckon he'll get picked up by the GC as a mature aged rookie. He did kick 10 against them. If that doesn't impress them, nothing will.
