Agree we need stability at the club. Happy to stick with Scott and put faith in the footy department but gut feel is that he'll need to be moved on once the list becomes more talented

I have been to confession and done 3 "Hail Marys".

I am now just waiting for Andrew Dillon to drive down for an informal chat with myself and possibly Chief on behalf of all BF posters who will undoubtedly be as outraged at my post as your good self.

Once this trauma is behind us all, if the Cats win the GF we can all sit down together with Baily Smith and enjoy a few "you know what's".

No need to apologise, all is good.... you're the one with issues and from my side of the fence I'll be barracking for Brad Scott and the Bombers to do well once they can get a few players back as there's a few promising young players to like.

Essendon has gone through at least 8 coaches in the last 15 years or so.

Dodoro has held the club hostage for 25 years not once did he built a list that was capable of having success.

The club is fully invested and backing Brad all the way.

No club tolerates constant shellacking's, and no coach is immune to getting sacked not even Bradley, that's my point.

I’m not the biggest fan of him but reality is he’s got 7 of his best 10 players out right now & kids are not going to magically fill the void. Club’s identify this.

There’s context behind the shellackings & it’s convenient to just look at the result & throw him under the bus, esp from North fans who death ride him.

He inherited a list that had massive holes & it’s not one that he or anyone else for that matter was going to turn around in 3 years.

Well he's certainly not a resultist. Really we want him at your club for as long as is possible. The longer he stays the deeper the hole you'll be in.

Its not that he's a bad coach, he's reasonably good. Its that his primary motivation is financial security and well being (for his players as well not just him.)

He's not driven to win a flag.

Sorry but you can't use injuries as an excuse for a team getting belted, every team has their injury woes to deal with and a a very good example is just look at how decimated Richmond were with all the injuries they had most of last year, they had more than twice as many injuries as the bombers currently have yet they still didn't use that as an excuse to why they were losing badly sometimes. They just fielded the best side they possibly could out of the carnage they had to injure and still stayed fairly competitive and actually improved in the back half of last season considering they had nobody left to put in.

Yes and no i have no doubt we would of played the kids but some of them wouldnt have

Guys like Lual and ADW need some more VFL time the others i reckon would have played regardless no point really arguing it is what it is its happened and we will get the benefits from it
