Yes and no i have no doubt we would of played the kids but some of them wouldnt have

Guys like Lual and ADW need some more VFL time the others i reckon would have played regardless no point really arguing it is what it is its happened and we will get the benefits from it
We are so ****ed with injuries that we had no choice but to play the likes of Day Wicks and Lual that didn't warrant selection we are running out of players to bring in that's how dire it is

Sorry but you can't use injuries as an excuse for a team getting belted, every team has their injury woes to deal with and a a very good example is just look at how decimated Richmond were with all the injuries they had most of last year, they had more than twice as many injuries as the bombers currently have yet they still didn't use that as an excuse to why they were losing badly sometimes. They just fielded the best side they possibly could out of the carnage they had to injure and still stayed fairly competitive and actually improved in the back half of last season considering they had nobody left to put in.

Ah yeah a club can. lol & give me a spell Richmond had twice the injuries, you just make shit up as you go along.

If you want to brush over having 7 of your best 8 players out then go right ahead. Kids don’t replace that quality & if any other club had that top end talent out then they’d also suffer. Look at Sydney (last year’s Grand Finalist)as an example …have been crucified & sit below us.

I’m not here as a Brad fan, but I’m objective enough to recognise he’s pushing shit up hill with top end list talent unavailability.

Cry me a river everyone has injuries to deal with.

Half the wins and 15% worse percentage yet somehow the tigers were more competitive.

Man is clearly starting from a belief and working backwards.

The injuries are certainly making Bad Scott's job incredibly difficult.
We got belted by 90+ points vs the dogs before the injuries become unmanageable tbf, we just suck and are trying to fix 20 years of Dodoro magic, will be a slog. Players like Zak Johnson showing good signs is what we need to focus on.

Easy to see why none of Clarkson, Lyon and Hinkley wanted to coach them.
The fact a big powerful club in Essendon had to settle for their fourth preference in Brad Scott shows how far they've fallen.
At the time, I could understand why Essendon chased Brad Scott.

His 10 year stint at North Melbourne from 2010 to mid 2019 was underrated.

4 finals wins in 10 seasons with very little financial resources and limited playing squad wasn't bad

Not long after what has been seen tonight.

Tigers did not score a goal for over a half of footy, and managed to win

Deplorable stuff from the dons

They weren’t chasing him. They fired their coach to get Clarkson and failed. They promised their fan base they would go with an experienced coach. They put themselves into a corner and Scott was the only way to save face.

Brad is mediocre, with mediocre ambitions. And tonight the lack of ambition was evident in the players who didn't seem to care. Didn't even seem particularly embarrassed at losing the lowest standard game seen in decades.

I didn't watch tonight ( glad I didnt by the score) but their list is dog shit and decimated by injurys. There wouldn't be many coaches that can get better results right now

They are a young team full of injuries. Richmond are a young team. Can't expect much from either side tbf.

I think the good thing is we might find several good players from all these "fill ins", that we otherwise wouldn't have.

Would you care if you were Brad Scott?

I think financially he set himself up for life after 10 or 11 years as a Brisbane player and 10 years coaching North Melbourne.
