He stole my weather girl..broken..I guess the better man won!?
Congrats to a quality back man, long may he defend!
(wonder how he'd be swung forward - in attack?)

Well done to Ol' Shep...if you want to know how good he is, ask Robbie Gray.
If his Mrs keeps her dedication to weather reporting, he'll be yelling at clouds long before his time.
Keep on keeping on Shep, the Lenny Hayes of backmen.

His IDGAF attitude in flying for spoils or crashing in for ground balls is team inspiring. I would love to play with him.

Great defender one on one, great pace, long kick with decent accuracy, spring heeled and tough as nails.

On ya Sheptember!

One thing I noticed today, Shep absolutely burnt his opponent (matera/Ballantyne?) on the rebound, they had no interest in following him, they were too lazy, slow and unfit and he took full advantage.

He made their small forwards look like second rate plodders, which to be fair they are.

I hope this run and drive continues for us in the coming weeks, especially with Gaff gone.

Would like to see him hit the scoreboard a bit more occasionally, was hoping he'd slot that shot on goal yesterday, but kinda knew it wasn't going to happen
Something Yeo used to master at HBF was how to push forward and kick a goal from 50. Shep has the range to do it and always makes good contact, it's well within his capabilities but he's usually our number one lockdown defender. If Duggan and Cole are going to play pure lockdown I'd love for Shep to be given this attacking licence, he's very quick, very athletic and rarely butchers a kick like Duggan can be prone to.

Its confidence and Instinct. Yeo played bit of Footy as a forward and developed a goal sense and he backed him self when he got him self near his range. Not everyone has it and Shep is better off playing the team thing. Blokes like Jetta, Gov and Hurn all have a good goal sense and should probably looking to score more often when they have the ball around 55-65m out.

Outrageous call but how bout shep to the wing?
