There is a Chinese guy in one of my subjects at uni who is a dead ringer for Yao Ming, despite being a good 20 inches shorter. Every time he walks past I yell out "Yaozer!". He hasn't figured out what the **** I'm going on about yet.

hmmm... the tiges really need a 34yr old perimeter shooter?

The 34 year old Wu Zhen is a 200cm forward who was a member of the Chinese national team that finished 10th at the Sydney Olympics. He is renown for his perimeter shooting. He will join the team when they arrive in Hong Kong but will not be playing in the 4 game series against the Chinese national team. He will practice with the team and will be available to play in the final 3 games of the tour against Chinese club teams.

I was not aware of Mosley's departure. Surely he did not get a gig with an NBA team due to his summer league performance... Matt Garrison of all people had a better chance.

But Daryl (Corletto)says it was the Yao show, with the superstar having at least twenty points from dunks alone; it was a dunk-rampage and Daryl says Yao was just awesome.

Andrew Gaze lead the scorers with 17 points, Dave Smith 14, Mark Bradtke 12 and Daryl Corletto 10.
