Elliot kicked 4 goals on him and gave him a bath. It’s not a troll, it’s what happened. We have small defenders who are very good. That is true.

Unless Starcevich can become a high quality midfielder he is nothing more then our 4th best small defender. Probably our 2nd best midfielder already though

The victim complex of the West Coast supporters in here is all time. The club has been run into the ground by list bosses, coaches, players, high performance staff and a lack of leadership. Why on earth you’d bring in Pyke to run your club after the camp fiasco is beyond me.

The reason why your club is in a hole is completely self-inflicted. Just as was the situation of our club for the best part of a decade.

The reason we have made finals for seven straight years hasn’t been academies, it’s having had strong leadership and administration.

The Ashcroft boys, Fletcher and Marshall have only come in the last couple of years. Explain the other 4-5 years.

You’re lucky a player of Starcevich’s calibre is wanting to join your club, considering how poorly run it is.

Hand over a first round pick, or early second and just enjoy watching a player who can actually play football run around in the blue and yellow.

This posts reeks of ignorance. WC supporters are the first to admit mismanagement and a lack of leadership, but to mention these without acknowledging other factors out of our hands, like losing more than half the team to injuries as well as medical retirements, paints only half the story.

I actually have no problem handing over that as long as it’s something we get given from the afl. Game is game, it’s dumb but that’s the only way it works. If it was our actual pick though I’d riot.
