Whilst the location of Collingwood's facilities is enviable, the modern nature of them is lacking

I totally understand your mentality. I have the Club World Cup coming up in the next week, my club averages 86,000 each week (no away fans allowed). I know what it's like to deal with peasants. We sell our best players for up to £100m before they are 20 usually.
