Freeman may have Re-Signed but him not playing it might just gone un-notice.

I think Shazza is waiting for end of the Season to see IF He play AFL so he could get a Bigger Contract

Don't write Goodyear off too quickly. He showed earlier in the year he can find a lot of the pill when played on ball. I think they're trying to develop other aspects of his game though to compliment his ball winning ability, and playing him in different positions around the ground.

Nah I've far from written him off! I just mean as a pick 48, my expectation isn't high as it is for Moore or De Goey. So I'm happy to see what he's capable of in the next 12 months.

From all reports he has elite pace... would be nice to see him use it !
 
I have a mate who knows Goodyear's family quite well. I can report that he loves it at the club.

He has put on 7kg since being there and they want to put more weight on him but are doing it over time so as to not tax his body. He has been given different roles as part of his development and football education.

The only other thing mentioned is that he has found it exhausting and sleeps like a brick (this is not a knock at all -- but more just to show you what a big jump it is for these kids from juniors and something we should bear in mind).

Players like Williams, Langdon, Crisp and Frost have reset expections about draft position ;)

I seen a game of his earlier this year. He really impressed me. Was almost BOG.
 
I'd he interested to hear the theory behind all the young lads signing until the end of 2018 after only a few or zero games.

Is this a new list management strategy?

I'm more worried that maybe we will lose someone like Shaz or someone else who hasn't been here long, and we don't want it to happen again.

Or maybe we're just hoping to not turn into a basket case like a Brisbane.
