I'm shocked to read anyone could dislike or be against Walt. He gets screwed out of his share of that billion dollar company, gets cancer, everything he started doing was for his family until his ungrateful wife turned on him.

I really hope he doesn't die and finds peace and happiness. The people making the show have been talking about him dying at the end basically since the start so hopefully they don't take the obvious route, and the 'twist' is that he lives happily ever after with millions of dollars, his kids and a new wife.

... Then he poisoned a kid, killed Gus, killed Mike, basically killed another kid, ordered the murder of 9 men... Although it looks like he might have turned a corner at the end of the last ep, it's clearly getting messy for him at the end, and I can't wait to see him cop it.

I am hanging for this show to start so hard.

He did poison the kid but I'm pretty sure he knew it wouldnt kill him

Killed Gus, boo hoo. Killed the guy trying to kill him.

Killed Mike, this is as bad as its gotten from Walt. A stone cold killing out of rage. The prison guys stemmed from this but snitches get stitches I guess, once you're in the game you know what can happen

I just cant find a way to hate him. I'll use a shield comparison

I hate Vic in the shield by the end after loving him for so many seasons. I dont have those feelings for Walt, I still want things to work out for him.

What do you think Hank will do?

Will he be Mr Cool cop or Mr Angry cop?

Intrigued to see what he does once he gets off the crapper, pulls up his pants and heads out that door..

Agree, I like Walt even after everything he has done

The only one I hope who eats it is Skylar, if the show ends with her happily ever after with Ted and Walt's money i'll lose the plot

I think that's the whole point of difference with the show.

They've taken a protagonist that you can get behind, built legit empathy for him with brilliant writing and character development, and then completely torn him to shreds and turned him into a monster.

You're supposed to hate him by now

I'm still right behind Walt.

Is everyone else convinced he's used Saul's "guy" that makes people disappear (ie. new name, social security number, location, etc) when we see Walt at the diner in the first scene of season five? Hope he's left Skylar behind to die.

I agree that Hank will keep it to himself for now; he can't just get off the shitter, go back to the BBQ and tell Walt the jig is up.

Yeah I reckon he does, but it still doesn't completely wrap things up. If he lived happily ever after he wouldn't come back to abq and buy a colossally large gun

One book with a cryptic message in it is not really enough to convict him, there will be a few episodes of police work to come yet

Just upgraded my Foxtel package so I can watch BB on Monday night.
5 more sleeps to go.

The first couple of minutes are going to be great - exactly what Hank does when he gets off the toilet will be epic.

Jesse is redeemable. I'm going to bet my house that he will survive at the end. Walt on the other hand...... notice he has regained his cancer cough at the start of season 5 when he was in the diner..... chances are if he isn't murdered by someone else that he will succumb to his cancer at the end.
I don't think the show will end with people who deserve to die dieing and the people who don't living. If they do kill Walter White it isn't because they think he's a bad person now but because they think it would be a good plot point.

Notice how Walt takes the mannerisms of people who he's killed?

For example, after he killed Krazy8 he started to cut his sandwiches without the crust, much like the drug dealer did.

And then in the first ep of season 5 Walt is seen moving his bacon to form a number, much like Skyler did........

Could that be a sign?

Ah thats a good pick up and just finished watching season one and noticed the point he made about why Krazy 8 cut his sandwiches.

In fact there is a good YouTube video of all these small things. Just did a quick search but couldn't find it.

At the very start of one episode Skinny Pete squashes a bug with his foot, then toward the end of the same episode that woman crushes the head of her husband with the ATM machine.

In one episode there is a scene where Gus is waiting for an elevator with the camera directly on his face the entire time the elevator is moving floors it is making a 'ding' sound. I don't think I have to point out what this was referring to.......

There are many more but this is something great about BB, all these small things, if you notice them.
