Heisenberg about to do some more bad shit to protect himself, wonder whose names written on it, epic stuff.

The remaining ricin has been a constant for the last season or so. Been teased a number of times when/who it is to be used on, we've never actually seen it used to kill though. Tuco, tried but failed. Frings, was planned but never done.

One thing's for sure, this batch of ricin will go down to the wire. Will probably be in the finale itself.

my mate raises a couple of interesting points. episode 14 is called Ozymandias, which is the name of that poem that Walt recites in that promo that that's been doing the rounds (it's on here as well i think), and the poem is about falling empires, and then episode 15 is called 'Granite state', which is new hampshire's state nickname, Mr. Lambert anyone?.

oh so cryptic

no that's the family tradition that happens on a birthday
The scene was designed so that people would focus on the fact that Walt was turning 52.

Hidden inside the meaning was that Walt was doing it. It's a sign. I bet my house that Skyler dies in this season, and Walt either is the one who killed her or he feels responsible for killing her.

Really surprised at the immediate confrontation between Walt and Hank, I thought it would get dragged out longer with Hank sniffing around

Loved the final line of course

Jaw dropped when I saw the remains of their house and can't wait to find out how Heisenberg got painted on the wall

I imagined Walt being more panicky at being found out but he handled it a bit too cool for me

I don't think the shit will truly hit the fan (so to speak) until ep 4-5 tbh. it's a hot start, and while stuff will happen and I can pretty much guarantee it will be brilliant, I can't see any massive shootouts happening in the next 3-4 weeks

Not that we needed a reminder but this show is ELITE

I haven't read this thread today so it might have been touched on but when Lydia was talking to Walt at the A1 , i thought back to Walt's initial dealings with Gus where walt was the scared rabbit and Gus the cool cat.
I was just waiting for Walt to go nuts at her.

An excellent read from Gilligan in terms of why he decided to put the Walt/Hank confrontation in the first episode
