How many shows that tension filled would be able to pull off an interlude of two stoners talking a fake star trek script.

As everyone else has said, that final scene was amazing. Walts ego driving him back in, then the door closing. Shieeet.

The remaining ricin has been a constant for the last season or so. Been teased a number of times when/who it is to be used on, we've never actually seen it used to kill though. Tuco, tried but failed. Frings, was planned but never done.

One thing's for sure, this batch of ricin will go down to the wire. Will probably be in the finale itself.
He also took it to his meeting with Lydia after he killed Mike. It was hidden under his hat on the table before she offered him the Czech deal.

Sounds like a great star trek episode too. Although there weren't any replicators in Kirk's era I don't believe...

loved the opening. Skateborders in the pool and then see the house all boarded up. Epic. Got me so excited for the new season. Then the neighbour had me in stitches especially when they went back to her liking walt. Funny as.

Rest was a bit slow/tedious. Jessie is gonna get walt i reckon. The ending was pretty good though. great acting. What will hank do?

Another point on the ricin. Walt has removed and replaced it so many times, I liked that when he went back to get it at the start, they showed him carefully placing the socket fixture back out of habit before realising he didn't need to and just dropping it.

God I love how well written this show is. It's the little things....

I reckon it was perfect the way they did it, you were thinking "oh they're going to drag this on for ages"...and then BAM!!!!

Remember he has a big **** off gun in his boot possibly going down fighting and ricin as a last resort?

Also why are people using spoiler tags after the episode has aired?

Great ending though really didn't expect the confrontation so soon Walt is ice cold

Few other things I liked about the episode
  • The quick flash to the schraderbrau image, then quickly contrasted with how different Hank has become over the course of the show
  • A Huell appearance, and his truly bizarre shaped head.
  • Sauls hello kitty phone
  • The Carol gretting contrasts
  • Marie calling walt the devil as hank walks back out
  • TREAD LIGHTLY

Yeah he's definitely lost weight. Anna Gunn has as well, she was a little heftier in Seasons 3 and 4.
I'm surprised we didn't see Todd at all, surely he'll have a significant role in this series.
Far out, these 2 months are going to be hard. AFL finals and Breaking bad finals!

Didn't notice that the first time round, good pick up.

Also regarding another moment within the house. I have a sneaking suspicion it was Walt himself who wrote the large 'Hesienberg' sign on the wall. Perhaps in his last moments scrambling out of the house before being captured, fits in with the whole 'remember my name' theme.
