FM was hoping it something along the lines of.....Tom Lynch hints at likely Pies destination from 2019..:rolleyes:

Sam McClure is seriously just a massive stain. Absolutely woeful reporting.
It’s a pity someone has taken up the challenge to fill the void Robinson’s sacking left at sen. The audience really didn’t need another woeful story teller.

https://www.sen.com.au/news/2018/02/05/'he'll-be-fine'-pickers-on-star-new-client's-injury-niggle/

Leading AFL player agent Liam Pickering has moved to settle the nerves of Collingwood fans following news that young star Darcy Moore has been struggling to overcome an Achilles injury.

Last night SEN’s Sam McClure revealed on Time On that Moore hadn’t trained fully since late last year due to the Achilles tendon niggle.

Pickering, who took over as Moore’s manager just prior to Christmas, told SEN Breakfast that Pies fans have nothing to worry about.

“He’ll be fine with his Achilles. Someone stood on him right on the wrong spot,” he said.

“They are just managing it, the Pies.”

Two Paragraphs apart, not concerning for the Magpies but very concerning for the writer apparently. Read your writing Sam (SEN) before you publish please, FFS you contradict yourself, what is it we are concerned or we are not concerned or you're right and we just don't know.

“I’ve spoken to Collingwood and they are not concerned at all and have said they will increase his loads when the soreness goes down.”

The injury is hugely concerning for the Magpies given Moore had been earmarked to assume a defensive role after spending the first three years of his career up forward.

Sam knows we are kings of BS when it comes to injury transparency I suspect

He then goes on to say, "Even more concerning is the fact Achilles injuries generally strike veterans in the twilight of their careers".

Yes they do if they are an overuse issue but everyone is subject to impact injuries. They take time to mend, any issue with the tendon does but this is not an old man injury (as implied). I don't like these articles when they are full of inconsistencies, half truths and untruths.
