CFC is still in the driver seat if there is a performance clause in Malthouses contract... Two poor seasons where we were plagued with injuries isnt indicative of Malthouses poor coaching... hence it would be a wise move to secure him "and see how he does next year"... because he very well may do a great job and then look to coach elsewhere ( highly unklikely on the latter nonetheless )
