Marsh. Will play 18+ games, and cement himself as a future 200 gamer for the Pies.

Big wrap on him, has every trait you want in a footballer/defender - speed, aggression, passion, and a great skillset for someone still so young.

Very excited about him.

De Goey, Moore, Grundy, Witts, Cox, Maynard, Broomhead, Fasolo, Marsh and Ramsay are those I'm expecting to see breakout seasons from of those who were on the club list in 2015.
How many players had a break out season in 2015?

You pretty much just named all our young kids

If I had to pick a couple of players who will give best value to the team by having a breakout year I would hope it's Moore and Marsh forward and back respectively. Marsh would allow us to use Reid as a swingman as required and Moore would take away some of the opposition focus on Cloke.

They're the young guys who can breakout.

Injuries, preseason and opportunities will be the factors that will determine whether they actually breakout or not.
True but I think the only eligible players you didn't list were Scharenberg (out for the season) and Goodyear (On borrowed time). Who do you actually think will have a breakout year?

For me it's Adams, he looked close to AA form for a while before Westoff head-butted his knee. From the new guys definitely Aish, he has talent to burn but it was being wasted at a toxic club like Brisbane.

Adams I consider as already broken out given he averaged 27.4 disposals per game last year. He can improve, but his improvement will be more in specific areas - improvement at stoppages, more effective forward of centre - maybe scoreboard impact, more of a marking target, maybe clean up his footskills etc.

Until the season begins my assumption will be incremental improvements from that whole group I mentioned given their ages and better talent than their production to this point indicates.

If I'm to state one guy who will improve radically. Cox would be that guy given his work ethic, newness to the game and the lower base he is coming from.

With several new high level players and the need to share minutes (De Goey probably isn't going to be a full time mid next year given how many options we have and through the ruck it probably is a similar story with Grundy/Witts/Cox all pushing). So it's more likely going to be a dynamic towards a group (hopefully) of guys improving somewhat, without going from 0-100 in a season.

Oh you mean TWO games in the season where he kicks 5 goals, 10 marks.....

(He's a bit maligned but others will pass him by, just seems to not be footy smart)
He has to start throwing his weight around. His career could parallel that of Leigh Brown who wasted a good part of his career. The clock is ticking but it's only too late once you're retired. He's still only 27 so there's still time.
