It seems to me the word 'rebuild' is being used more than ever as the reason or excuse for our performances this year. Bolton wants us to be patient while we wait for the players he believes will grow and transform over time into the team we want.
We have turned over the list and many players are young and inexperienced but maybe the supporting people (coaches, trainers, etc) should be leading from the front by taking some responsibility for our poor performances/injuries, too.
If our young players are not doing the things they should on on the field, sure acknowledge their age, physical limitations and inexperience, but don't limit the reason/blame for our performances to only these things, which is the impression I'm getting from Bolton's pressers (I may be way off course here ... just a guy with an uniformed opinion).
I would just like to think our coaches/trainers are constantly taking responsibility and evaluating their own performances in the overall scheme of things, and that are open minded and flexible about changing their methods, techniques and game plans for the players they coach/train.
