Maybe but he's no pack marker, I think we've ascertained that if not much else.
Brayshaw deserves one he's battled so hard all year for an 18yo!

Gee there will be a bit of banter about this at training. Hope he and Cerra get a bit of a friendly rivalry going. Another couple of outstanding performances next game please fellas.
This is good because Cerra’s rising star nom is still inevitable, this might have been Cox’s prime chance.

Battled hard for sure, but hadn’t deserved one yet.
Pretty difficult for a young KPF to have a standout game early in their career. Pretty good achievement by Cox.
A little bit of kudos to Jones keeping Talia busy as well.
Never really stood out but he's contributing consistently. It'd be nice to see him have a break out game but it might not happen until next year as he's probably getting more and more exhausted.

You know McCarthy has had a 5 goal game and multiple 4 goal games before right?
Seems a bit weird to hail Cox as the future of the forward line after one good game and discard McCarthy so quickly.

He certainly is, he just needs some quality talls around him to physically take the pressure off.
I believe he struggled through the pre season with glandular fever as well which never helps when your strength is / should be getting up the field and leading hard.
Really interested to see how Dixon goes compared to ballendon, who we initially selected..And the best of our young kpf's could be just 18 , returning from injury and having a crack down at Peel.Good times ahead.
I think McCarthy should be in there, just not as a kpp he’s a damn good forward pocket or flank proposition if his work rate can stay high.
I think Hale's development work is also very understated
