Like so many other whispers, it appears Carlton is after Guerra.
Obviously we are not going to give much to gain his services (if possible).
But what do others think of getting him down to Optus ?
IMO he seems to be ready to take himself to the next level at AFL, admittedly thats from under-rated to possibly a handy / good player.
It certainly wouldnt be the worse deal we have mustered in the last 5 years.
Maybe we could even rid ourselves of a Fletcher or Franchina.
In reality probably a 3rd round pick & mid range player.

Fletcher or Franchina, your kidding right ?????? They would be hard pressed trying to find an SANFL club. I would say a draft pick, our first pick (after the PP) is No 38. Maybe a Wiggins or Livingston

What are his short comings ?
Because to most in VIC he seems like a handy addition to most clubs. When I say handy, that would be a bit of an understatement too. Looks like the type of playre who could be in the top 10 at most clubs given further development (perhaps not Brissie though) - At Carlton at the moment he would be in our top 10 easily.
Focus seems to be on Lade & Stevens, you may miss out on decent compensation for this guy & he CAN play.
