Has been through hell but never gives up. I reckon he is poised to deliver in 2016 as a forward. Big body, good mark, smart and can kick. 40 goals plus for The Caff in 2016.

His highest goal tally is 16.

And given now that we just added another small/medium marking forward to the team I don't know how how he'll get that role.

Will be looking for a new home in 2017 imo. Too good for VFL, but I can't see him getting a game over Greenwood or Crisp in the midfield, and can't see him playing ahead of Howe or Fasolo as a forward.

In fact, I can't see where he fits in the 22 on any part of the ground unless we're decimated by injury again.

Will get games here and there, but will spend 2016 in the midfield for the VFL team.

Underestimate The Caff at your peril.

You can't tell people to 'underestimate' Caff and Toovey and at the same time pump up our young talent saying they'll play 22 games and have break-out years. It's one or the other, there's not enough room on the senior list. Who of Fasolo, Elliott, Broomhead, or Howe would you like taken out so Caff can play in the forward line?

Who out of Greenwood, Adams, Crisp or De Goey would you like to see dropped so Caff can play in the midfield?

Who out of Maynard, Scharenberg, Marsh, Toovey, Williams, Sinclair, Langdon, etc etc etc would you rather see Caff play ahead of in defence?

Love Caff, fantastic Collingwood man. His knee came at a terrible time. Tough to find him a spot to start 2016 so he has to scrap and fight for one. Will be upto him. Trouble we are loaded up with small medium forwards. Reckon at most there is 3 spots for Elliott, Fas, Howe, Blair, Broomhead before Caff gets a look in. I think 3 of the 1st 4 I named are likey to start round 1 then game on

Cafes best chance is a defensive mid but even there he is struggling.

If he goes at 40 next year you earn the label selection genius

Basically I want it all.

Good call. At the moment you need to tell us who drops out also.

If guys like Macaffer Goldsack and Sinclair are getting games it's at the expense of youth.

As you yourself state, 2016 is a development year, why would we play someone like Caff over a promising youngster?

I don't think he will take a youngster's place. I reckon he can force his way in over Fas and Howe.

Have you been drinking tonight?

Has shown himself to be adaptable when needed

Re-invented himself from a forward utility to a tagger post 2011

Could very much re-invent himself again.

He'd have to reinvent himself again I think, or join another club. It's not that he's no good, I just can't find a spot for him in our set-up.

Now you are dreaming. Has never reached the levels those guys have as a forward, is older and has had 2 knee recos. It's alright to be loyal but it needs to make sense.

Caff in 2010 gave more that year than those two have in a season, but two acl injuries will set him back too far
