Thanks Pykie, he looks a decent height it should be noted. :thumbsu:

Hes tall, but not overly tall, those blokes are two crumbers.

i dont know about his listed height, but my guess would be about 6"1-6"3

Brett Collins, 18yo tall utility with outstanding foot skills. Was interviewed and tested by Collingwood and Essendon during lead up to the draft.

This is how Chris Pelchen discribed him.

Went to school with brett, got great attitude towards the game, outstanding at all sports he trys, needs to baulk up ALOT, very good mark and great kick, AFL position IMO would be HHF if he was ever to make it

played with collo this year, great pick up by hawthorn, amazing skill by foot, very silky, kicks bags and can take some absolute hangers.

If i was to describe his kicking style, i would compare it to Nathan Buckley's, that pointed leg, that just looks classy, you will know what i mean when you watch him play, but he has that classy look about his game.

apparently stkilda were after him. So to take a page out of Billy Birmingham's book "GOT HIM! YES! STICK THAT UP YOU ARSE TONY GREIG!!!!" i mean stkilda

Would make sense, coached by Stewart Lowe at Haileybury, and by former Melbourne on-baller Luke Beveridge at St Bedes, the son of St Kilda recruiting manager John.

Sheesh, in that second video did he just very nonchalantly kick a goal from 50m+ out virtually on the boundary? or are my eyes deceiving me?

It is impressive, but I don't think that's a 50 metre line - probably 25 metres.

Staker would have looked like that too - best keep the lid on it.

ok, that's far too negative, sorry, he looks very poised, strong hands and a beautiful kick. Excellent ingredients.

Can I claim him with Gilly?

One of my mates told me tonight that Collins went down with a stress fracture in his foot at this mornings session. Is out for 10-12 weeks. Has anyone got an update
