But I think (actually, I'm 99.9 per cent sure) that they screen the calls in order to illustrate how doltish some opinions can be.

That caller was a doofus, that's for sure-- but at least Cook had a succinct answer ready to fire back at him.

Didn't hear an answer, but I would assume that the replacement of the PA system would come as part and parcel of the redevelopment project as a whole.
