On paper you guys have a good team. I live in WA and have an eagles membership and quite often go to the WAFL. Wellingham is awful, massive step backwards if you brought him back.

How about his Ball use, kicking skills and decision making?
Key fundamentals to the game which he lacks.
Not to mention is dirty habit of going one hand in a contested situation and fumbling the ball.

He's an athlete, not a footballer.

His kicking is reasonable IMO, and I think he gives us good drive. He would have to be one of our most consistent players. Excellent pick up really.
