If Luke Ball is available at pick 27 (doubt he will be) Voss will not overlook him, Simon Buckley is the delisted player i have the most interest in. I know he is training at North and I know the wooden spoon team delisted him but the times i have seen him play i have thought he has real dash, good evasive skills and I would have thought he was a player who would be part of the Melbourne revival. If he is around when our second pick is available i would not hesitate in taking him. Personally i see this as a year Voss plans to shun youth we may end up with

Our first pick being either Maguire or Ball

Our second pick Buckley or i see it being used on an inside accountable mid like Luke Ablett

I wouldn't mind having 2 of the Bloods premiership midfielders in our team (i know a few years on) but their professionalism and team first mantra could be a great asset to our young mids.

Yeah, I don't mind Buckley. Not sure what the story was at Melbourne but he wasn't their worst. from what I saw.

Buckley's disposal skills are not up to AFL standard that is why he was let go. We already have enough problems in this regard adn I would not want to import any more.

Spot on Quigley. Disposal is poor and we have a number of players on the list that could play his role equally as well, if not better.

No to Buckley or Maguire for me. I give the same reason's for Buckley as Quigley does, and I think Maguire is to slow and give's away to many free's because of it.
I would like Ball but as I stated previously only if Bartlett is not available. The kid look's like what we need, he remind's me of notting but with more pace.
