Brisbane Lions FAQ

Of all the AFL clubs, the club that has the most bull***** and misinformation spread about it must surely be Brisbane (extra one million dollars given to it by the AFL, reputation for plundering stars from other clubs, etc etc etc)

I've been thinking of kicking off a Brisbane Lions FAQ for my site that people can access to repudiate or confirm all of those irritating bit of rubbish that get said about our club. It could also have sections on Fitzroy, the Bears, the merger, etc.

Would anyone here be interested in contributing?

Don't know about contributing but it would be very handy to access. Afterall, there is so much misinformation spread around about us it gets hard to remember what the truth is sometimes.

Any thoughts on what should go in? Roylion and Stocka usually have a good checklist of things they go through when people bring up the old "Bears by another name" chestnut.

Just checked out Lionised for the first time and am mighty impressed. Immeadiately added it to favs. FAQ is a good idea! I am constantly debating with brickheads and would love a few more facts to back me up. Out of curiosity is it possible to have a free downloads section where people could contribute and share Desktop themes, Wallpapers, SS, photo galleries etc.

Unlikely at this stage - I'm still putting together the guts of the site with stats, articles, etc. and until recently I was choked by my server limit (images being a particular problem there). But anything's possible in the future. Thanks for the comments!

& btw i never knew who sticks was until before the bris/port final this year
