We have a lot of technically poor or weak kicks in the side and the inevitable pressure, either physical or mental, that comes with kicking for goal exacerbates this. At least we’re generating plenty of target practice.

Good thing the other team also have a lot of poor kicks in their team. Until we see some consistency at juniors the seniors will be patchy.

With all due respect to Richmond the result of their game vs us earlier in the year was one of the most profoundly unrepresentative indicators of the relative quality of two sides I’ve seen in quite some time.

It also helped them to a top 4 finish where they really don’t belong yet, and we are seeing that in technicolor today.

Why give any respect to them? They deserve nothing. They played well defensively in our loss to them but attack wise they've got Nada. If Dax had of gone back and taken a shot we would have accounted for them.

Gosh we have some good markers in the team. Both up forward, down back, and even our midfield can take some contested ones (provided they're not mismatched like Hodder usually is)

Dawes is so energetic and bullish, even when she is helping teammates up off the ground she almost punches them while grabbing their jersey

The series of plays to set up the Smith goal was so superb. Bodey drilling the final kick is such a treat. Not all that many other of our players would have pinpointed that so well.

Hope Grider is alright, looked to get the wind taken out of her (even if there was some concussion protocol she should be fine to play right?) and then a pretty high tackle on her later on. Some sore bodies from that match no doubt.

The fact that Grider come back on the ground makes you think that there is no concussion concerns.
